RFQ - Strategic Planning Consultant (posted June 23, 2026)

Alabama Audubon (ALAU) seeks statements of qualifications from experienced consultants to guide its development of a five-year strategic plan. The organization has experienced rapid programmatic growth and seeks to revise its roadmap for the future. To this end, we seek a consultant to provide the services described in the Scope of Work in our accompanying Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The resulting plan should be designed to further strengthen ALAU as a leader within the state’s and region’s conservation community.
