Come celebrate and learn about the plovers of the Alabama coast at our first annual Okploverfest!

We will be at Braided River Brewing Company from 3:00-8:00 PM.

There will be:

  • a plover-themed selfie station

  • activities for kids

  • plover-experts on hand to give you all of the fun facts about these amazing birds

  • plover shirts for sale, with artwork from an Alabama artist

  • opportunity to take “The Plover Pledge”

  • food trucks
