Swifts Night Out

The end of summer is approaching, and that means it is time once again to conduct the first of our two chimney swift surveys for the Swift Night Out campaign! The first survey will be conducted this Friday, August 7th. We will meet for dinner (Dutch treat) at 5:45 p.m. at the Fish Market Restaurant, located on Birmingham’s Southside at 612 22nd Street South (near Kirklin Clinic). Following dinner we will depart for Railroad Park, where we will meet at the pavilion at 7:00 p.m. Together we will walk to the chimney swift roost site located two blocks west of the park, at 12th Street South and 1st Avenue South.
