This month we will meet at Trim Tab Brewing for refreshments. Come to the brewery at 5 p.m. and around 6:15 we will relocate to the Boutwell Auditorium parking deck (1930 8th Avenue North, Birmingham, AL 35203 United States) to watch the Chimney Swifts settle in for the evening. There is a lot of free parking around Linn Park on Sunday evening, depending on what other events are happening in the neighborhood. The auditorium parking deck could either charge or be free. If you park in the deck be sure and have money to pay to exit. The views from atop the parking garage will give you a new perspective on Birmingham. Join Birmingham Audubon for a totally non-strenuous bird watching event. Learn about Chimney Swifts and what Birmingham Audubon is doing to keep them part of Birmingham. We will have binoculars to loan to those who need them.
